Does it work offline?
Core calendar content, almanac data, and bundled public-holiday data work offline. Ads, purchases, or restores may need a network.
Which regions’ public holidays are supported?
Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, China, Malaysia, and Singapore. China holidays include makeup-workday markers. Always confirm with official government notices.
How do I use the solar ↔ lunar converter?
Open Tools → Solar/Lunar converter in the app for two-way date lookup (including leap-month display as shown in the app UI).
What does the home-screen widget show?
A summary of today’s suitable/avoid activities. Tap to open the full almanac in the app. The widget is not the full tongsheng text.
Is the almanac guaranteed accurate?
Traditional tongsheng / date-selection almanacs have multiple schools and compilation lineages; different apps or books may list different yi/ji for the same day, and that is normal. This app follows traditional almanac columns commonly associated with the Xie Ji Bian Fang Shu (《協紀辨方書》) lineage, for everyday lookup. For major decisions (wedding, moving, opening a shop), use your own judgment or consult a professional.
