By downloading or using Wonton Games apps or browsing wontongames.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to App Store / Google Play terms and these Terms.

Nature of content

Almanac, I Ching, feng shui, and related content are provided for cultural, educational, and everyday reference. They are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, surveying, or otherwise). You are responsible for decisions you make.

Ads, purchases, and AI

Apps may show advertisements. Optional in-app purchases or subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google under their rules.

AI features may be limited by credits or subscription and can produce inaccurate or incomplete answers. Verify important information yourself.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the services, reverse engineer except where allowed by law, interfere with security, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Apps, branding, and site content are owned by Wonton Games Limited or its licensors. Traditional classic texts may be public domain; our selection, translation, UI, and software remain protected.

Disclaimer & liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the apps or site, except where liability cannot be excluded.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms where permitted.
