Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to our consumer apps (including Chinese Calendar / 擇日通勝, Plum Oracle / 梅花占卜, Feng Shui Compass / 風水羅盤, and future apps under the same studio) and this website. It replaces older per-app privacy pages.

Information we may process

We generally design apps so core features work without creating an account.

Advertising SDKs (for example Google AdMob and other networks listed in app-ads.txt) may collect device identifiers and usage data to show ads and measure performance.

Analytics and crash reporting tools may collect technical diagnostics (device model, OS version, app version, crash stacks).

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive your full payment card number.

If you contact us, we process the name, email, and message you send.

AI features (where offered) may send the text or structured data needed to generate a response to our AI providers. Do not submit sensitive personal data you are unwilling to transmit.

App-specific notes

Chinese Calendar: core almanac data is available offline; ads/subscriptions may need network access.

Plum Oracle: readings and history are stored on device by default; AI interpretation may transmit reading context to generate replies.

Feng Shui Compass: may use camera (AR), motion/magnetometer, and location-related APIs as required for compass and chart features. Home layouts you enter are intended to stay on device unless a feature clearly states otherwise. See the store Data Safety labels for the latest declarations.

Website

If you use our contact form, we process your submission to respond. We may use Cloudflare (including Turnstile) and email delivery providers (e.g. Amazon SES) to operate the form and protect against spam.

We may use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic. You can use browser controls or opt-out tools where available.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us run apps and the site (ad networks, cloud infrastructure, AI providers, analytics) under appropriate terms.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product.

Retention & security

On-device data remains until you delete the app or clear app data. Server-side logs and support emails are kept only as long as needed for operations and legal requirements.

We use reasonable technical measures; no method of transmission is 100% secure.

Your choices

You can reset advertising identifiers in system settings, limit tracking where the OS allows, and uninstall apps at any time.

For access, correction, or deletion requests related to data we hold, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your request.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 (or higher age where required). If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us to delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
